Monsters & Enemies
The enemies and monsters you encounter in Wizardry 6 are diverse and extremely deadly. Knowing what each enemy's strengths and weaknesses are is vital for surviving, especially when playing on harder difficulties.
These statistics are for Normal difficulty. Easy and Expert difficulties will alter the HP of enemies, and the number of opponents you will encounter in a group. The Easy difficulty will spawn one less enemy per group, with a minimum of one. The Expert difficulty will cause one extra enemy to spawn, which even duplicates bosses.
This beastiary will be listed in alphabetal order, but the walkthrough will also list the enemies found in each area.
Toll Troll
The Toll Troll is a unique giant who has camped at the base of the mountain, where he requires travellers to pay gold for safe passage. Unfortunately, he has chosen a quiet area with very few pilgrims.
Cast your best defensive and offensive bolstering spells before the engagement commences, then bombard this foe with your most potent attacks. Acid and Fire magic will deal the most damage, especially against his friends, but expect their effectiveness to be somewhat muted. Be sure to have a few healing potions or spells ready as this battle can be long and deadly.
