Monsters & Enemies

The enemies and monsters you encounter in Wizardry 6 are diverse and extremely deadly. Knowing what each enemy's strengths and weaknesses are is vital for surviving, especially when playing on harder difficulties.

These statistics are for Normal difficulty. Easy and Expert difficulties will alter the HP of enemies, and the number of opponents you will encounter in a group. The Easy difficulty will spawn one less enemy per group, with a minimum of one. The Expert difficulty will cause one extra enemy to spawn, which even duplicates bosses.

This beastiary will be listed in alphabetal order, but the walkthrough will also list the enemies found in each area.

 

Vampire Bat

Vampire Bats may not be vampires, nor do they drain the life from their victims, but they are still deadlier than the average variety thanks to their venom.

Their hit points are average, but their attack can be devastating to a low-level party. Hit the Vampire Bats with everything you have before you are poisoned. If you do get poisoned, the fountain on the Castle Main Level can heal the effect.
