Aldan is a photographer in the City of Bose who is obsessed with taking pictures of airships at the Bose International Port.
Alta
Alta is a long-time patron of the Anterose Restaurant. She used to visit regularly with her grand-daddy 10-years ago and finds that the food hasn't just stayed the same quality since the restaurant's owner changed a few years ago, but it got even better. She has also noticed the sudden change in the local businesses lately. With the war so fresh in their minds, she wonders how so many are willing to openly trade with the Empire.
Alvelle
Alvelle is the son of Borden and Rionne. Even though he was raised in a family of merchants, he doesn't feel as if he belongs in that profession. He would rather study at the Royal Academy in Ruan.
Barlowe
Barlowe is the clerk at the Frieden Hotel in the City of Bose. He believes that guests should always be greeted with sincerity and to follow his motto: Service always comes with a smile, which can sometimes be a strain on his employees.
Berna
Berna is a resident of the City of Bose, who found her stuck without a second option to get the Royal City during the lockdown after one of the ships went missing. You will find her near the kiosk at the Bose International Port.
Borden
Borden, the husband of Rionne and father of Alvelle, is a merchant in Bose. He has found business has been difficult since Trino's daughter, Mirano began her work as a merchant since he has been used to the type of competition Trino provided.
Buck
Buck runs Buck's Greengroceries in the Bose Market in the City of Bose. With the pressure of the blockades and the lack of airships, he found himself struggling to keep his business profitable, so he rose his price, which got the attention of the mayor who pushed him to reverse his increase. He has since learned his lesson and strives to be a better merchant.
Butler Mayner
Butler Mayner is the butler at the Bose Mayor's Residence. He is a wealth of knowledge on the mayor and her past.
Carol
Carol is a resident of the City of Bose who visits the Market every day in her quest to prepare meals.
Caron
Caron is a patron of the Anterose Restaurant. He has noticed that with the Army disruptions due to the missing airship, his business has begun to suffer. He constantly finds himself disagreeing with Shaque's ideas on how to stay afloat.
Carrie
Carrie runs the museum on the upper level of Lucir Orbal Factory in the City of Bose. She doesn't care who runs the shop, as long as she can continue working. She does prefer one of the owners compared to the other, though.
Cecile
Cecile is the wife of Kuwano. While she doesn't have a problem with her husband's fishing hobby, she still finds herself constantly repeating the same problems over and over. It's so bad she considers her marriage the worst mistake of her life.
Citron
Citron is the sommelier (wine steward) at the Anterose Restaurant. He wishes that more wine was stockpiled in case of emergencies, especially when shipments suddenly stop. Before working here, he used to live in the Empire until the owner or Anterose loved the wine he poured her so much that she hired him on the spot.
Claire
Claire is a resident of the City of Bose, who is first met at the Bose Market during her first visit there. She quickly finds herself in love with the market atmosphere and is constantly sneaking off just to be there.
Cornelius
Cornelius is/was the owner of Lucir Orbal Factory in the City of Bose. He spent everything on his workshop, but was cheated out of it after his shop was attacked, which allowed Nigel, his former business partner, to take over. He is often found in Kirshe's Bar drinking away his sorrows. Perhaps there is a way to help him get his shop back...
Dina
Dina is the maid at the Frieden Hotel in the City of Bose. She doesn't seem like she likes her job very much as she considers her duties "terrible jobs." Whenever she has enough money saved up, she treats herself to dinner at the Anterose Restaurant. Her boss, Barlowe, often ruins her plans by making her work when her shift should be done, messing up plans and reservations.
Elegia
Elegia is a citizen of the City of Bose who frequents the market to find new outfits.
Elke
Elke is the daughter of Paul and Launa. Proud of his child, Paul included Elke as part of the name of his clothing store. She is found on the upper floor of Paul and Launa's home.
Emmy
Emmy lives in the City of Bose and is often found shopping for sales at the Bose Market.
Fannie
Fannie is the wife of Letta. She always admired the Anterose Restaurant from afar, but they finally saved enough to afford a meal there. She was so amazed by the food and environment that she fell in love with the place. Since it is so expensive, they have decided to work harder to afford to treat themselves more frequently.
Father Holstein
Father Holstein is the priest of the Bose Chapel in the City of Bose. He is a man of his word and has a magnetic personality which draws people to like and trust him. He finds Sister Rosa too strict in her beliefs and wishes she would adapt to the city since the inhabitants of Bose carries an air of freedom.
Felicia
Felicia runs Felicia's Hardware Store with her son Pomme at the Bose Market in the City of Bose. She carries some very basic weapons and armour for your party, which she makes herself... if you can stand her loud yelling. Her husband, Lore, still works at the orchard in Ravennue Village.
Finel
Finel is the fiancé of Katrina who, before he was trapped on the hijacked airliner, was opening the shop now known as Katrina's Confectionary at the Bose Market. After being rescued at the end of Chapter 1, he discovers that Katrina took over his shop and made a huge name for herself. Instead of taking it back, he decides to let her run her shop and to begin creating his own.
Gantz
Gantz is a patron at the Bose Market in the City of Bose. He is found wandering around Katrina's Confectionary stand, who is run by a woman he finds attracted to. Even after learning that she is already engaged, that doesn't stop him from supporting her shop.
Gwen
Gwen works in the Anterose Restaurant kitchen. Before working at the Anterose, she used to be the cook at a bar in Ruan where she wowed her current employer. While she finds herself restricted at first, soon she earns the trust and respect she requires to enjoy her job.
Due to shortages, she requires your help in getting some Tender Poultry for the restaurant (see Ingredient Seeker), which rewards by teaching the recipe for her specialty omelet, the Liberl Omelet.
Hardt
Hardt is a resident of the City of Bose who found himself without a ride when the airships were grounded after one of them went missing. Thankfully, with the help of the Bracer Guild, he was able to recieve an escort out of Bose and into Ruan.
Harry
Harry is a young boy in the City of Bose, who dreams of becoming a wealthy merchant one day. His poor math skills are hurting his dreams, though. Thankfully he as a great friend, who, through negative enforcement, gives him the drive to make his dreams a reality.
Head Chef Ross
Head Chef Ross is, well, the head chef of the Anterose Restaurant. He takes his duties very seriously... almost psycho seriously. Others find him extremely difficult to work with due to his strong passion for perfection. He is a bit surprised that he was hired to work at Anterose without even meeting the owner first, though.
Horrace
Horrace is a patron of the Anterose Restaurant. He loves spicy food and finds the coriander-infused duck at Anterose fits his tastes perfectly. He used to be a merchant when he was younger but decided to retire and let the younger generation have their turn.
Jacob
Jacob is a citizen of the City of Bose, who finds himself comparing the Bose Market with the one in Grancel. He prefers the Grancel one, though.
Katrina
Katrina runs Katrina's Confectionary at the Bose Market in the City of Bose, home of the Sweet Sponge Cake and Floral Jelly. Her fiancé, Finel, opened the stand just before he left on a trip on a doomed airliner, so she decided to run the shop in his absence and became very popular.
Kuwano
Kuwano is the husband of Cecile. He loves his hobbies, especially fishing at Valleria Shore, but tends to forget to tell his wife when he is leaving, making for common arguments.
Lakely
Lakely is a mechanic at the Bose International Port. He's worked as an airship mechanic even before the airliners took the skies.
Launa
Launa is the wife of Paul, who runs Paul & Elke's Outlet in the Bose Market in the City of Bose. While her husband runs the store, she stays home to take care of Elke. She isn't happy with her husbands choice to leave the army to run a store, though, but she is glad to have him home more often.
Lenore
Lenore is the waitress at the Anterose Restaurant. She's noticed that the restaurant continues to be more popular since the change of ownership. Before working at Anterose, she used to be a waitress in a restaurant in Zeiss.
Letta
Letta is the husband of Fannie. While she loves the Anterose Restaurant, he finds it so stressful that he can't really enjoy himself.
Libro
Libro is a patron at the Bose Market in the City of Bose. Every day he heads to the Magazine Stand there looking for new and exciting reads. He loves the place so much that he decides to help Minuet keep the shop clean and organized.. Be sure to speak to him before going to Valleria Shore during the South Block Burglary or you will miss Carnelia - Chapter 4.
Lucas
Lucas is a merchant of the City of Bose who also acts as a greeter for newcomers.You will find him wandering around outside of the Bose Market.
Lyndon
Lyndon specializes in unique creatures found throughout the world, like a certain speedy one east of Bose. He is also a vast resource of knowledge about the history of the world. One of the things he has learned is that orbal technology was much more sophisticated before the Great Collapse and new ancient relics are still being discovered. You will find him at Kirshe's Bar in Bose.
Lyril
Lyril lives in the City of Bose. Her first errand without supervision was to shop at the Bose Market, but she forgot what she needed to buy, only to be too afraid to ask for the items when she remembers. Eventually, she becomes so accustomed to it that she seeks out the market to look for new things.
Manager Lechter
Manager Lechter runs the Anterose Restaurant on behalf of its owner, who prefers to leave the management to others.
Marco
Marco is a merchant of the Erebonian Empire, wanting to do business in the City of Bose. If you talk to him after you are told that you can meet with General Morgan during the Missing Airliner quest, he will give you Carnelia - Chapter 3. Afterwards can be found exploring the shops of Bose.
Meissen
Meissen is a patron at the Bose Market in the City of Bose found near Felicia's Hardware Store. He just loves looking for bargains, especially antique bargains. Hates the military, though.
Mina
Mina is a young girl in the City of Bose. While she would love to see Harry succeed in becoming a wealthy merchant, she knows that many never become successful, and makes sure he knows it.
Minuet
Minuet has been running Minuet's Magazine Stand at the Bose Market in the City of Bose for more than 40 years. She ran the shop even before the building that encloses it was built. She carries everything from antique books to textiles and daily necessities, although you are only interested in the books and newspapers, some of which you can buy if you missed them in the prologue.
Mirano
Mirano, daughter of Modena and Trino, is a Bose entrepreneur who has been trying to capitalize on the expected price increase after the queen's birthday, with the help of Simon, only to be pulled away after her father goes missing. Some people consider her the vice-mayor of Bose since she controls so much of the trade.
While some mistake her strong feelings about taking over her father's work as dislike for her dad, it is just her competitive streak taking control as she strives to be better than him.
Modena
Modena is a wealthy resident of Bose, but her husband, Trino, has gone missing on his trip on an airliner, leaving her and her daughter, Mirano, to pick up the pieces.
Nigel
Nigel runs Lucir Orbal Factory in the City of Bose, but did he aquire it through legal means? Cornelius tends to think so.
Norm
Norm is a mechanic at the Bose International Port. He finds himself getting yelled at constantly by Lakely whenever he stops for a minute.
Paul
Paul runs Paul & Elke's Outlet in the Bose Market in the City of Bose. He is the husband of Launa and the father of Elke. Originally, he was an officer in the Royal Army, but he dreamed of running his own shop, so he left everything he built behind to follow his dreams. His wife isn't happy with the move, but his daughter loves it.
Platina
Platina is a waitress at Kirshe's Bar in Bose. She has noticed that many people tend to stick around at the bar for a long time, and most blather on endlessly about their troubles.
Pomme
Pomme is the son of Felicia, of the City of Bose. He is found with his mother at her stall in the Bose Market where he learns the tricks of the trade. His dad, Lore, still works at the orchard in Ravennue Village.
Rionne
Rionne is the wife of Borden and mother of Alvelle. Along with her husband, she represents one of the most powerful merchants in Bose.
Receptionist Ted
Receptionist Ted is found in the kiosk of the Bose International Port. He is charged with the task of guiding travellers to the correct dock or giving them the bad news when they are stuck where they are.
Sarah
Sarah is a maid and the cook at the Bose Mayor's Residence, working under Lila. When she isn't working at the Mayor's Residence, she will normally be found shopping at the Bose Market or visiting the Bose Chapel.
Sein
Sein runs Sein Arms & Guards in the City of Bose. When he was young he started his business in the Bose Market, and slowly built up his business until he was able to run his own store.
Shaque
Shaque is a patron at the Anterose Restaurant. He is worried that Bose is starting to run out of certain goods, and isn't happy with the Caron's ideas.
Simon
Simon is Mirano's Assistant, whom he follows whenever she needs him. He is first found in Rolent where he assists her with buying lumber to capitalize on the queen's birthday, then later relaxing in Bose.
Sister Rosa
Sister Rosa is the local nun at the Bose Chapel. Unlike Father Holstein's accepting attitude towards how some people worship, she takes a much harder stance. Because of this, she has difficulty dealing with the pace the father does things.
Spence
Spence runs Spence's Pharmacy at the Bose Market in the City of Bose. He carries many of the most essential cures needed for the Bose area. Father Holstein has asked him to make more medicines, but due to the shipment issues, he has to look for new local supplies, especially for Bear Claw.
Sting
Sting is a bracer in the Bose Bracer Guild. He has worked at the guild when Scherazard was just a novice. Due to carrying out the various jobs for the guild, he is rarely seen staying in one spot for long.
Trayton
Trayton runs Trayton Foods in the Bose Market in the City of Bose. When his friend, Buck, raised some of his prices due to the blockade, he thought about doing the same until the mayor educated them on their error. He and Buck hope to open a shop together one day.
Trino
Trino is one of the wealthiest merchants in Bose. After he went missing aboard an airliner, his daughter Mirano took over running the family business with his wife Modena. After his rescue, he continued his work, allowing his family to continue to live their lives as they wish.
Warner
Warner runs Kirshe's Bar. He hates it with people compare the bar to the fancy restaurant down the street since his bar is calm and relaxing where the Anterose feels like a place where you are rushed out the door. If you wish to tease your taste buds, for just 300 Mira, you can buy a Cheese Risotto from him.

Berden is typically found around the fountain near the southern entrance of Grancel. He has lived in the city for so long that he's a walking repository of knowledge about the city.

Private Bergan is a soldier stationed in Grancel. He guards the gate to the Erebonian Embassy.
Bern
1st Lieutenant Bern is part of the 7th regiment of the Royal Army's Border Patrol Garrison and in charge of his group in the Martial Arts Competition.
Bian
Private Bian is part of the 7th regiment of the Royal Army's Border Patrol Garrison, surving under 1st Lieutenant Bern.
Bill
Bill was born and raised in Grancel, along with his wife Ilene.
Bishop Reval
Bishop Reval is the second-level priest that assists in the church duties at the Grancel Cathedral.

Builna walks the east area of Grancel to keep in shape in her old age.
Carnero
Carnero is the maintenance chief at the Grancel Landing Port. He has had nothing but bad luck since he was promoted to his current position.

Lakeisha is the wife of Phelio, who she is upset with due to the lack of drive to work.

Laone enjoys walking the streets of the eastern area of Grancel.
Latanya
Latanya is found walking the southern avenue of Grancel. She has very vocal opinions of the turmoil occurring with the royal family.
Licia
Licia works as the receptionist at the History Museum. She also provides visitors with information as well as guided tours.
Lifa
Lifa works at the ticket booth at the Grand Arena in Grancel.
Lily
Lily is a store clerk at Edel's Department Store. She runs the Sundries Corner.
Ilene
Ilene was born and raised in Grancel, along with her husband Bill.
Marian
Marian travels from the capital along the Erbe Scenic Route and the paths beyond frequently to sample the local cuisines of the Anterose Restaurant in Bose and Sanktheim Gate in Zeiss. She is the mother of Helena and wife to Martin.
Marsha
Marsha adores ice cream, so she frequents the east block and Sorbet's stand. She spends most of her time running errands between the southern gate and the department store.
Martin
Martin stays home with his daughter Helena while his wife Marian travels around Liberl spending his fortunes.
Micria

Midee
Midee is the twin sister of Kitty. She is very upset that her sister believes that she is better than herself, which has sparked a small rivalry between them. She currently runs the Food Counter at the Department Store.
Miele
Miele is has come to Grancel to watch the Martion Arts Competition with Godfrey.
Nana
Nana and her friend Phoebe are visiting the capital to attend the Martial Arts Competition and the Queen's Birthday.
Nemo
Nemo is the son of Clarice. Since her return, they have been enjoying the park and watching matches at the Arena.
Noel
Noel enjoys walking the avenue in the northern section. She is very knowledgeable about the castle and can provide a few areas of interest.
Nonna
Nonna is the proud owner of Nonna's Crepe Stand, located just inside the Royal Avenue enterance of Grancel.
Norche
Norche is a resident of the capital city, but often vacations with Marian since they have similar interests and plenty of money to spend on them. She is married to Helmuth.
Noticia
Noticia is a journalist at Liberl News who prefers to get the pictures herself instead of relying on a photographer. She looks at Nial as her competition.
Palmer
Palmer is a government official and administrator at the castle. During the coup, he was forced to take a vacation.
Payton
Payton is an orbal airship mechanic assigned to the Landing Port at Grancel.
Peter
Peter wanders near the cathedral in the west area of Gracncel. He has made it his duty to know as much about this area as possible.
Phelio
Phelio is the husband of Lakeisha. He's supposed to be looking for a job but he is more interested in the Arena.

Armand is originally found in the City of Rolent with a massive crush on Ellie. Eventually, he builds up the courage to court her. At the beginning of Chapter 1, he reveals that he and Ellie are heading to the Royal City for the queen's birthday.

Densel is the owner and cook of Abend Bar. While he runs the kitchen, his wife Tabitha works on the financials upstairs and his daughter, Elissa, serves the customers. He also employs Faulkner to manage the counter. After Elissa adds new items to their menu, he considers hiring a new server so Elissa can help in the kitchen.
Edel
Edel is on a pilgrimage with her husband, Seagaro, to see all the chapels in the Liberl Kingdom with. Unfortunately for her husband, she finds herself lured into unexpected spending sprees at markets. You will first encounter them in Rolent after Cassius leaves and again in Bose then Ruan as you continue your journey.

Elger runs the store Elger Arms & Guards in the City of Rolent. He and his wife, Stella, has known Estelle and Joshua since they were little children. For a short while, Elger even employed Joshua until he decided to become a Bracer.
Elissa
Elissa, daughter of Densel and Tabitha, works as a waitress at Abend Bar. While she doesn't mind working at the bar, she feels like she's being left behind while the rest of her friends from Sunday School all head off toward their goals.

Ellie is originally found in the City of Rolent. As the story progresses, she falls in love with Armand.
Euridice
Euridice is the wife of Freemont and daughter of Radford. She spends most of her time at home while Freemont tries to become a great woodcutter like her father, although, she would rather her father just accept her husband for who he is.
Fabree
Fabree is the mechanic at the Rolent Landing Pad, where he spends most of his time repairing the engines of the airships. He just loves the smell of an airliner's engines, and rain on the wet runways.
Fate
Fate lives with his daughter, Yuni, in the City of Rolent. He is an old battle buddy of Cassius after they fought together in the Royal Army, during which he got severely injured by a piece of flying shrapnel. He hopes desperately that he will be able to raise his daughter in a time of peace. He tends to forget that his daughter is only 7, though.
Father Divine
Father Divine is the priest of the Rolent Chapel. Even though Estelle was often sleeping in class and causing trouble, he is still enjoyed teaching her and often talks about her.
He is extremely well known throughout all of Liberl, thanks to his breakthroughs in alchemy. Many of the most powerful medicines created by the Septian Church are actually created by Father Divine. This started when he was the father in Grancel, but moving to Rolent hasn't stopped him from finding new ways to heal.
Faulkner
Faulkner manages the desk at Abend Bar. When he first took the job, he was promised that he would manage the bar, although he finds that his job is more of a waiter since they began serving food.
Freddy
Freddy works at Melders Orbal Factory in the City of Rolent. When he first entered the Zeiss Central Factory, he had no idea how to use an Orbment, but that hasn't stopped him from creating them and learning along the way.
Freemont
Freemont is a young man, who is trying to impress his father-in-law, Radford, as he attempts to fill his shoes as the areas primary woodcutter. His wife, Euridice, tries to help, but he feels the pressure is on him to succeed. His house is located on the ground level of the two-flat located near the western gate.
Frissa
Frissa lives at home within the Rolent Two-Flat with her daughter, Anya, while her husband, Gaton, manages in the Malga Mine. Since her husband often doesn't return for days, she worries that he's safe and isn't burning himself out.
Ida
Ida is often found with her cat, Aryll, just outside the Abend Bar. She doesn't really do anything, just sits there and sleeps.
Lita
Lita is the maid of the Mayor's Residence in the City of Rolent. She may seem all sweet and caring, but anger her and you might get a rag to the face and the business end of her broom to someplace sensitive.
Luke
Luke is the son of Maggy and Chief Warrant Officer Ashton. He spends most of his time playing on the streets of Rolent with his friends Pat and Yuni and fantasizes about being a Bracer. Due to his fantasies of being a hero, he often gets into trouble.
Maggy
Maggy is Luke's mother and wife to Chief Warrant Officer Ashton. While her husband is away on duty, she takes care of Luke by herself.
Melders
Melders owns the Melders Orbal Factory in the City of Rolent. Since he leaves the operation of the store to Freddy, he spends much of his time creating Orbments and repairing devices. After all his years of experience, he has the tenancy to look back and recollect on his younger days.
Mylene
Mylene is the wife of Klaus, the Mayor of Rolent. Instead of living the posh life of the mayor's wife, she prefers doing things herself. Her son is a teacher at the Jenis Royal Academy.
Orvid
Orvid will be found at Rinon's after Cassius' departure looking for "Grade-A product". What is that product? A special mushroom he asks you to find in Mushroom Hunt after you complete the Perzel Farm Monsters quest.
Paddington
Paddington has taken it upon himself to spend the rest of his days guarding the Rolent Clocktower. He calls Estelle "Cassius's Naughty Daughter" while Joshua is the "Clever Son".
Pat
Pat is a child who spends his days chasing after Luke on the streets of Rolent. Where Luke goes, he goes, and what trouble Luke is involved in, Pat is stuck with, too. His parents are Serra and Rhett.
Radford
Radford was the main woodcutter in Rolent until his back forced him to retire. Now he looks to his son-in-law, Freemont, to take over the family business. While he didn't care for Freemont at first, he decided to back his daughter and help her husband the best he can. He currently lives with his daughter, Euridice.
Radmira
Radmira has come to Liberl from the Calvard Republic with her son, Charles, to sell crafts, but she finds the competition is fierce and difficult to sell what she has. Instead, she decides to buy Liberl items and sell them back home.
Rhett
Rhett is the father of Pat and husband of Serra. This man collects all sorts of books, both useful and absurd. He provides you a copy of Carnelia - Chapter 1 after the Bracer test at the beginning of the game.
Ridge
Ridge is one of the lesser known Bracers of the Rolent Bracer Guild. Like Estelle and Joshua, he was trained by the legendary Scherazard Harvey and has witnessed the reason she is known as the Silver Streak. Unlike the other Bracers, Ridge is unable to hold his liquor - just one drink and he's a goner.
Rinon
Rinon runs the store Rinon General Goods in the City of Rolent. Rinon wanted to be a Bracer when he was a kid, but it never did turn out. Instead, he headed to Bose to learn how to run a business and opened up his own shop.
Seagaro
Seagaro is on a pilgrimage with his wife, Edel, to see all the chapels in the Liberl Kingdom with. You will first encounter them in Rolent after Cassius leaves. Sadly, their pilgrimage gets interrupted by unexpected costs during the airliner stoppage. One thing he wishes he could change about his wife is her spending habits.

Quantay is the son of Sima. His mother died years back, so he does what he can do to draw tourists to buy from his pa.

Sima runs Autumn Souvenirs, the general goods store in Elmo Village. His son, Quantay, tries to help by bringing in tourists.

Chief Warrant Officer Robin is in charge of the troups stationed at the Gurune Gate. He will be found pacing around the main floor of Gurune Gate.
Emily
Emily is works at the shop near the Rolent entrance of Gurune Gate. She would love to check out other recipes at the Royal City, but the only items she sells are French Fries and a Vegetable Sandwich.
Private Anden
Private Anden is a guard working at the Gurune Gate. He operates the checkpoint desk on near the Rolent entrance. Thanks to the sudden lack of airships, his job has become significantly busier.
Private Barranco
Private Barranco guards the Zeiss side of Garune Gate.
Private Ethan
Private Ethan is a guard working at the Rolent Entrance of Gurune Gate. He will be found on the south side of the gate.
Private Logan
Private Logan is a guard working at the Rolent Entrance of Gurune Gate. He will be found on the north side of the gate.

Private Selbourne is the guard patrolling the southern wall of Gurune Gate.

Carlos lives life on a whim, and currently wants to visit the Erebonian Empire, but finds it difficult to get there due to the tensions between the countries. Due to his careless spending, he ends up joining the military as a guard at Haken Gate.
Nolan
Nolan runs the Inn and Bar at Haken Gate. He rents out rooms for 60 Mira, and sells a Vegetable Sandwich or a Potluck in a Shell.

Dennis
Dennis is a student of Natural Sciences at the Jenis Royal Academy. He is very devoted to his studies, often spending hours every evening reviewing the material for the next class.
Fauna
Fuana is the receptionist at the Jenis Royal Academy. She will be found often at the desk on the main floor of the Schoolhouse.

Felicity is a student of Natural Sciences at the Jenis Royal Academy. She is a good friend of Reina who helps her learn her limits.
Gerome
Gerome is the son of Ciel and Lytton, and older brother of Eletta. While he returns home during breaks in his studies of Natural Sciences at Jenis Royal Academy he takes care of his little sister.
Janitor Parkes
Parkes maintains and keeps the Jenis Royal Academy clean and tidy. He dislikes it when students return late in the day since it keeps him busy far into evening and night.
Kaden
Kaden is a student at Jenis Royal Academy who is currently enrolled in the Humanities class. He drinks far too much coffee, especially when he is creating uniforms and decorations.

Private Cuttinger is the day of the Bose side of Krone Pass. He might just be the most caring guard at Krone Pass, welcoming anyone friendly in to protect them from the cruel cold and dangerous nights.
Private Egel
Private Egel runs the Bose desk at Krone Pass in the evening and overnight. He is thankful that he gets to stay inside due to the bitter cold of the region at night.
Private Mikey
Private Mikey is the night guard of the Ruan gate of Krone Pass.
Private Usher
Private Usher is the day guard of the Ruan gate and night guard of the Bose gate at Krone Pass. Most of guards shutter when it is his time to cook as his food is not for the weak of stomach. Not sure when he has time to sleep, though.
Warrant Officer Serose
Warrant Officer Serose runs the Ruan desk at Krone Pass. He also loves to cook, and often cooks inside the fort for the other soldiers and those passing through the fort.
Inhabitants of Malga Mine:
Mine Chief Gaton
Mine Chief Gaton is the man in charge of the Malga Mine. He is also the husband of Frissa, and father to Anya. As much as some of the miners under his care annoy him, he still makes the safety of each of them his priority.
During Mayor Klaus' Request, he will give you the Septium Crystal, and follow you while you clear out the mine.
Miner Bones
Miner Bones works with Trent on the eastern vein in the Malga Mine, and thanks to Trent's lazy attitude, he is the one stuck doing most of the work.
Miner Heinrich
Miner Heinrich works with Pierre on the western vein in the Malga Mine.
Miner In Training
The Miner In Training is the easily startled miner working in the north west vein on the 2nd level of the Malga Mine. He seems to be the youngest miner of the group, especially from his comments that he hasn't had a girlfriend yet... or is he? There is something odd about this miner.
Miner Landan
Miner Landan is the poor miner stuck with guard duty at Malga Mine.
Miner Miles
Miner Miles works on the upper level of Malga Mine. You will need to speak with him to gain access to the Elevator Key required to access the lower levels of the mine. Don't forget to return it to him after you're done.
Miner Pierre
Miner Pierre works with Heinrich on the western vein in the Malga Mine. His faith is so strong that he believes that the goddess is the reason he can work in the mine.
Miner Trent
Miner Trent is an extremely lazy miner who works with Bones on the eastern vein in the Malga Mine. He seems to find any reason to stop working, but mostly it is his insatiable appetite. You first meet him at Abend Bar.

Alvin is a mountaineer that is travelling with his friend Shelby, and staying at the White Magnolia.
Carla
Carla runs the Inn portion of the White Magnolia, wife of Rex and mother of Lucia.
Creda
Creda is the owner of Fiore General Goods in Manoria. While she runs the main store, she is thrilled to have her granddaughter, Sadie, live with her and run the flowershop just outisde of the store.
Elder Serge
Elder Serge is the leader of Manoria Village and son of Solomon.
Lucia
Lucia is the daughter of Carla and Rex, who runs the White Magnolia. She is often found playing west of the Elder's House.
Rex
Rex runs the restarant portion of the White Magnolia. He is the husband of Carla and father of Lucia.
Sadie
Sadie is the granddaughter of Creda of Fiore General Store. While living with her grandmother, she runs a quaint flower shop next to the store.
Shelby
Shelby is a mountaineer that is travelling with his friend Alvin, and staying at the White Magnolia.
Solomon
Solomon is the son of Elder Serge who often spends his time helping out the nearby orphanage.
Zack
Zack used to work at the harbor in Ruan, but was forced back to his birthplace. Now he lives with his sister Amelia and helps out the local orphanage until he finds a new purpose.

Daniel
Daniel is one of the orphans currently under the care of Matron Theresa at Mercia Orphanage. He absolutely loves food, which quickly becomes his top priority, even when he should be focusing on more important matters.
Mary
Mary is one of the children residing within Mercia Orphanage. Unlike the other children, she acts very mature for her age, and will even scold the other children when they misbehave. Although, this mature behavior is only skin deep as she will often cry when things get rough.
Polly
Polly is one of the children living with Matron Theresa at the Orphanage. Amongst the current orphans, she is by far the youngest.

Whemler
Whemler is a hermit who lives in the cabin out in the northern area of Nebel Valley.
Inhabitants of Perzel Farm:
Chere
Chere is the youngest daughter of Hannah and Franz of Perzel Farm. She is normally found playing outside with her brother, Will or near her older sister Tio.
Franz
Franz runs Perzel Farm with his wife Hannah. His eldest daughter Tio helps out at the farm, while the younger children, Chere and Will, play.
Hannah
Hannah runs Perzel Farm with her husband Franz. Her eldest daughter Tio helps out at the farm, while her younger children, Chere and Will, play. To thank the heroes for saving her farm, she invites them to drop by for a meal and rest any time.
Tio
Tio is the eldest daughter of Hannah and Franz of Perzel Farm. While her younger siblings, Chere and Will, are playing, she is hard at work with helping around the farm.
She used to attend Sunday School with Estelle and Joshua, but her work at her family's farm keeps her away from Rolent, so she doesn't get to see her friends often.
Will
Will is the son of Hannah and Franz of Perzel Farm. He is often found playing outside with his youngest sister, Chere, although he prefers to play with Joshua.

CWO Dale is in charge of the garrison at Sanktheim Gate.
Private Chesley
Private Chesley is a soldier at Sanktheim Gate who keeps watching the Ritter Road entrance from the fort's roof. As a result, his eyesight has become honed to something impressive.
Private Hector
Private Hector is a soldier who stands guard at the right side of the Zeiss gate at Sanktheim Gate. He's impressed that Ahnenburg Castle was built far before Orbments existed.
Private Jules
Private Jules is a soldier who stands guard at the left side of the Zeiss gate at Sanktheim Gate.
Private Olnis
Private Olnis guards over the Grancel side of the Sanktheim Gate.
Private Wayne
Private Wayne runs the checkpoint desk at Sanktheim Gate. His job is to confirm passengers through the gate have sufficient privileges to pass.
Private Wolpe
Private Wolpe guards over the Grancel side of the Sanktheim Gate.
Sanders
Sanders runs the restaurant at Sanktheim Gate featuring his famous Pot O' Meat. When he was younger, he wanted to work in a big restaurant but prefers feedback from dealing directly with his customers.
Talia
Talia runs the Inn at Sankthiem gate. She also acts the part of a protective parent to her daughter Tammy.
Tammy
Tammy wades tables at the Sanktheim Gate eatery. She loves looking at the cute soldiers, especially Jules and Hector. Her mother, Talia, would rather have her look at Sanders.
Warrant Officer Talbot
Warrant Officer Talbot is in charge of the privates at Sanktheim Gate.
Members of the Sky Bandits:
Aaron
Lonnie is one of the six lower members of the Sky Bandits. He is first encountered just prior to entering the Sky Bandit Stronghold, where he fights off the group of Bracers twice, failing both times. He even gets a special lesson from Scherazard Harvey's whip in the process. Along with the rest of the crew, he is incarcerated at Leiston Fortress until he escapes.
Dino
Dino is one of the six lower members of the Sky Bandits. He is first found in Mistwald at the end of the Prologue after they made off with treasure from Mayor Klaus' residence. Even though he is defeated by our heroes, he manages to escape with the others. He later makes his appearance at the end of Chapter 1 after the heroes track their airship down and infiltrate their base. Once again, he is defeated but rises again to stand in the heroes' way at the very end push of the first chapter. He was then captured and sent to Leiston Fortress, but later escapes and is at large at the end of the game.
Lonnie
Lonnie is one of the six lower members of the Sky Bandits. He is first met in Mistwald at the end of the Prologue when the Sky Bandits are trying to make off with their prize. Although defeated, Lonnie escapes with the others and later resurfaces to hold our heroes back twice in the Sky Bandit Stronghold. He found himself defeated once again, but this time captured and sent to Leiston Fortress, where he later escapes and is loose at the end of the game.
Lyall
Lyall is one of the six lower members of the Sky Bandits. He is first found as a Miner-in-Training in the Malga Mine as he attempts to steal a precious crystal. During his attempt, he flooded the mine full of monsters but failed to steal the crystal due to the arrival of a group of Bracers. Lyall is later found in Mistwald at the end of the Prologue after they successfully steal that same crystal, but is then defeated by a group of heroes. He escapes with the other Sky Bandits and later resurfaces at the end of Chapter 1 after the heroes track their airship down and infiltrate their base. Once again, he is defeated but rises again to stand in the heroes' way at the very end push of the first chapter. After being captured and imprisoned in Leiston Fortress, he participates in a Martial Art Tournament. He escapes the prison and is free at the end of the game.
Rosco
Rosco is one of the six lower members of the Sky Bandits. He is first confronted in the Sky Bandit Stronghold where he was defeated twice by the invading Bracers and apprehended and sent to Leiston Fortress. He later escaped and is free at the end of the game.
Ryan
Ryan is one of the six lower members of the Sky Bandits. On the way to the Sky Bandit Stronghold, he almost discovers the Bracers, but ignored his feelings and missed the chance to prevent the invasion later on. He was then defeated twice by the invading Bracers and arrested and sent to Leiston Fortress but escaped and is free at the end of the game.
Inhabitants of Ravennue Village:
Apple
Apple runs the Inn portion of the Moonlight Path in Ravennue Village. She is a bit shy, but she pushes it aside when she hears all the amazing stories travellers bring while they stay at the inn.
Birnette
Birnette is the wife of Elder Reisen, and, like most other residents, are one of the survivors of the war 10 years ago. She still remembers the blacked bones left from the dead after the war. She helps her husband in making sure Ravennue Village continues to be successful.
Elder Reisen
Elder Reisen is the leader of Ravennue Village, along with his wife, Birnette. He strives to keep the village safe and secure. You will need his help to get into the Abandoned Mine north of the village.
Emile
Emile owns Emile General Goods in Ravennue Village.
Figaro
Figaro is a resident of Ravennue Village, and father of Lewey. He has been designated to keep watch at the northern gate to the Abandoned Mine by Elder Reisen when trouble happens. His house is just north of the Orchard on the east side of town. The memories of the war haunts him still. Nightmares still plague his dreams.
Fran
Fran is a young girl who lives in Ravennue Village.
Gray
Gray, husband of Orange, works at the orchard in Ravennue Village. If you're looking to buy fruit directly from the source, he's your man. Everyone, including his wife, sees him as a man stuck in the ways of the past. He refuses to see the benifits of using technology to make everyone's lives easier.
Lewey
Lewey, son of Figaro, is a young boy who lives in Ravennue Village. While many are skeptical of what a child says he sees at night, he is glad to know that there are some that will take the time to listen and believe. Everyone in town thought he was telling a tale when he said he saw something in the sky on the night of the Disappearance of the Linde, but a group of brave and smart Bracers believed him and proved that he was right.
Limon
Limon runs the Bar portion of the Moonlight Path in Ravennue Village. It was her idea to open the Bar and Inn, and is still thinking of new ideas to make it more popular.
Lore
Lore works in the Ravennue Village orchard, but longs to leave to Bose to be with his family and become a merchant with his wife Felicia and son Pomme.
Melony
Melony, wife of Pesca, works at the orchard in Ravennue Village with her husband. While her and her husband are newer to the village, with new ideas of how to farm, she often feels that no one wants to listen to them.
Orange
Orange, wife of Gray, typically stays at home while her husband works at the orchard in Ravennue Village.
Pesca
Pesca, husband of Melony, works at the orchard in Ravennue Village. He is a firm believer that using farm equipment in addition to manual labor will enhance the productivity, but Gray disagrees.
Vince
Vince is a young boy who lives in Ravennue Village.
Inhabitants of Valleria Shore:
Anette
Anette is visiting the King Fisher Inn on her yearly vacation to Valleria Shore with her mom Elke. She loves everything about the place, but worries what all the great food is going to do to her weight. She is a bit upset that her father never joins them, though.
Elke
Elke (not related to the girl in Bose) is visiting the King Fisher Inn on her yearly vacation to Valleria Shore with her daughter Anette. She loves reading while listening to the sounds of the water lapping at the shore. She also loves the Maple Leaf Inn.
Lenard
Lenard runs the King Fisher Inn at Valleria Shore, while his little sister Sophina to greets customers the counter. He'll be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen area with plenty of new delicacies to try.
Lloyd
Lloyd is a professional angler and member of the Fisherman's Guild in the Royal City of Grancel. He dedicates a large part of his life hunting for "The Guardian," which is a giant salmon that lurks in murky depths of Valleria Lake.
Sophina
Sophina works at the King Fisher Inn at Valleria Shore. She starting working here after falling in love with the place when visiting her brother Lenard. She'll be found running the front counter of the Inn.
Inhabitants of Varenne Lighthouse:
Vogt
Vogt is the keeper of Varenne Lighthouse. You would think his isolation would make him recluse and savage, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Although his mannerisms have taken a strange turn, he still knows how people should treat one another, and doesn't hold back in teaching others what he knows, whether they want to or not. He also takes his duties very seriously, although he does make mistakes from time to time.

Chief Warrant Officer Ashton
Chief Warrant Officer Ashton is the leading officer of the Rolent side the Verte Bridge. Only two privates are stationed under him, Harold and Scott. He is also the hero and father of Luke and husband of Maggy in Rolent.
Private Antose
Private Antose is one of the guards protecting the Bose side of the Verte Bridge.
Private Harold
Private Harold is one of the guards protecting the Rolent side of the Verte Bridge. Before joining the army, he used to work at a farm. He also enjoys fishing and reading books. If you talk to him when you first head to Bose, he will give you Carnelia – Chapter 2.
Private Lacos
Private Lacos is one of the guards protecting the Bose side of the Verte Bridge.
Private Scott
Private Scott is one of the guards protecting the Rolent side of the Verte Bridge. He finds his job extremely boring since he spends his shift standing at the gate.
Warrant Officer Dyne
Warrant Officer Dyne is the leading officer of the Bose side the Verte Bridge. Only two privates are stationed under him, Antose and Lacos. He keeps a nifty Orbment Charging Station within his office.
Inhabitants of Wolf Fort:
Chief Warrant Officer Pace
CWO Pace is in charge of the garrison at Sanktheim Gate. He doesn't care to reprimand his troops, even though many need it.
Private Brahm
Private Brahm "guards" over the front gate at Wolf Fort. He doesn't take his duties seriously, and he doses off frequently.
Private Henning
Private Henning is a lazy soldier who doesn't seem to be assigned to any specific task at Wolf Fort.
Rufus
Rufus runs the rest stop at Wolf Fort. He originally lived in the Republic and dreamed of being a successful trader but instead found himself running a small bar and Inn at the border.
Warrant Officer Gerwin
Warrant Officer Gerwin works at the main administrator desk at Wolf Fort. He doesn't care for how his CWO runs the place, but he doesn't believe he would listen to any of his concerns.
