Kurt is a senior Bracer from the Liberl branch, although his origins are of the Calvard Republic. Due to his reputation as a leader, he is called the Artful Tactician.

He is first met in Grancel as he prepares his team of Bracers for the Martial Arts competition. Analace, Carna and Grant all look up to his leadership, making them a powerful team.
