General Morgan a very angry general with a huge dislike for Bracers who's been tasked with guarding the Haken Gate by Queen Alicia. He is also in charge of finding the missing airliner in Chapter 1.

He and Mayor Maybelle's "friendship" goes back to when her father was in charge of the city. While the relationship between the two aren't as strong as it was for Maybelle's father, he still respects her enough to abide by her requests.
