Dean Collins is the headmaster at the Jenis Royal Academy and is in charge of the administration of the school. While the academy takes part in several special advents, he leaves those roles to the students and other faculty.

He also ensures that he is aware of all important happenings in the area, often knowing about events before the staff and students.
