Zin Vathek
Zin Vathek (called Zane Vathek in some versions) is a student of the Taito Style of combat who originates from the Republic of Calvard. After his master's death, he joined the Bracer Guild in that country and advanced to A-Rank.
Upon the request of an old friend and colleague, he ventured to Liberl to help two young Brights while participating in the Grancel Martial Arts Tournament.
Zin is easily identified by his massive height and muscular physique. He dresses in the style commonly seen in Calvard, including the loose-fitting trousers, sleeveless tabard, with a metal belt, steel-capped shoes and a large yellow shawl around his shoulders
