Found in the middle of Bose's Southern district, Lucir Orbal Factory, run by Nigel, is the main source of orbments for sale in the city. Its upper level has been converted into a museum, and is maintained by Carrie. It used to be owned by Cornelius, but he lost it all due to an overwhelming debt.
