The Aqua Rossa Bar is a small bar located in the western dock area of Ruan, which serves the local fishermen, sailors and dockworkers.

Squaro owns and operates this bar. This small bar offers very little. Salubrious Oatmeal is this bar's specialty, and the only other item for sale is the Wine-Steamed Egg. Both are for sale for 500 Mira.

A set of fishing rods are found on the second floor near the stairs.
