This version of the Special Ops Soldiers is more of an annoyance compared to the melee versions. Use medium or large area arts to hurt them all at once, with a few Crafts thrown in to weaken them. Alternatively, cast Chaos Brand on all of them and let them fight amongst themselves, with only the strongest left for your to defeat at the end.
