Recommendations:
Kyle Capua loves his grenades. His attacks are moderately strong, so the only attack that can actually be devastating is his grenades. While attacking him does a decent amount of damage, but if you know some of the more powerful single attack arts, using them definitely will definitely speed up the battle..
Compared to the battles fought during the side quests, Kyle should be fairly easy. I prefer to rush him with all party members, then spam area attacks to him both Kyle and the Sky Bandits to take them out quickly.
On Hard and Nightmare: I recommend using Area attacks when the Sky Bandits are in the fight. Arts like Aerial and Hell Gate are useful. Once alone, use Crafts and powerful single-target attacks to finish him off.
