Recommendations:

Don Capua is by far the most damaging of the 3 Capuas. The large cannon he fires will damage nearby party members, too, so keep everyone spread out. I might be a good idea too target him first and leave the less damaging siblings for later. His defense is high, so target him with powerful orbal attacks.

On Hard and Nightmare: Due to the massive damage dealt by Don's cannon, target him first. Use maxed our S-Crafts to wipe him out quickly.
