Recommendations:

Kyle Capua in the final fight of Chapter 1 tends to stick to his grenades, which can do plenty of damage. Spread your party out so his grenades can only hit one of your party at once and take him out with orbal attacks.

On Hard and Nightmare: Keep your party separated to avoid his attacks. Target Don first with maxed S-Crafts, then use what you have left on Josette. Once he's alone, pepper him with water, fire or air Arts.
