Recommendations:
Deen can invigorate other gang members, emboldened fallen comrades to return to the fight, and shakedown your allies to lower their defences. Most of his time will be spent bolstering his crew and debilitating yours. Physical attacks work great, but large area Arts works better. Target the underlings first, then take out the leaders.
On Hard and Nightmare: Arts such as Stone Impact, Diamond Dust and Aerial are extremely useful for wiping out the whole party of enemies quickly. Arts or abilities that cause Feint or Petrify can make a massive difference if you find the fights too challenging. Use La Teara to ensure your party stays alive.
