Candy is Kanno's second granddaughter, and younger Cinnamon's sister from Rune Factory Frontier. She will only show up after you finish the main story and will be found on Tuesdays at the church.

 

Like the other visitors, there is no need to spend any time showering them with gifts (other than birthdays) since their FP is locked at 1.
