Felicia runs Felicia's Hardware Store with her son Pomme at the Bose Market in the City of Bose. She carries some very basic weapons and armour for your party, which she makes herself... if you can stand her loud yelling.

Her husband, Lore, still works at the orchard in Ravennue Village.
