New Ansel Path Monster is one of the two optional side quests available after you visit Nial Burns during the Missing Airliner storyline. This mission is required to return to Valleria Shore, and will not expire before you must travel there.

A ferocious monster known as an Amber Turtle has been spotted roving the New Ansel Path.

Bracers form this branch are requested to deal with this threat immediately.

1. Exterminated monster!

Once you talk to Nial Burns during the Missing Airliner storyline, this mission will open up, but you don't have to rush this quest unless you want to visit the Valleria Shore before the main storyline requires it. Since it stands in the way of your progress, you have no choice but to vanquish these killer turtles.

When you enter combat, 6 Amber Turtles will attack. Alone, they aren't much of a threat, but in groups such as this, they can quickly overwhelm your party if you aren't careful. Use of Fire Arts and area effect arts or crafts are recommended to lower their numbers as quickly as possible. Once defeated, just report in the branch to complete the mission.
