The Gull Seaway Monster 2 is a short, mandatory side-quest on your way to Manoria during the Theresa the Target mission.

Bracers from this branch are requested to deal with this threat immediately.

1. Exterminated Monster!

This is a forced boss fight as you head north of Ruan toward Manoria at the start of Theresa the Target. This fight can be quite difficult if you aren't prepared. Thankfully, you can return to Ruan if you need to so you can heal or purchase items.

The battle is with 3 Jabbas, 2 Crocodarks, 2 Stove Plants and a Corn Mover. Most are vulnerable to Water attacks, so if they aren't grouped to hit with a large area-attack, use water. The Jabbas are the most dangerous, so focus on those first and leave the weaker enemies for later.

On nightmare: Keep reloading until the 3 Jabbas don't move from their starting position. Joshua should start with Spiral Flare, and Estelle should unleash Aerial upon the Jabbas and the enemies in the back. Kloe should always attack with Blue Impact on any Jabba until they are defeated. Estelle can continuously heal the party, and Joshua can switch to Shadow Spear. If confuse is a problem, equip Lily Necklaces so you can continue fighting without worrying about the Stove Plants.
