The Candelabrum Theft side-quest is a short mission to search throughout Ruan for the missing Sapphire Glim. You can complete this mission in the small window between the beginning of the Festival Help quest and entering the Jenis Royal Academy.

The Sapphire Glim, a treasure of the house of Dalmore, was stolen from the mayor's residence. Please try to find the where-abouts of this candelabrum ASAP!

2. There must be a hint somewhere. Let's scour the town!
3. Found another card! 'Look to the endless waltz which unfolds between the red and black.'
4. And another one: 'Rest at the land harbor and look to the one-eyed lion.'
5. And another: 'Beyond the drawbridge, look to the barrel near the Steel Crane.'

Start your quest by visiting the mayor's mansion in Ruan to discover the mayor's prized candelabrum was stolen. You don't need to search for clues this time; instead, you have a clue on a card from the Phantom Thief B to start you on a scavenger hunt across Ruan.

The first clue is the 'tree-eyed giant which towers over the settlement,' which is actually the large tower between the Hotel Blanche and Lavantar Casino & Bar. Check the back of the tower (closest to the water) to get your second clue.

'The endless waltz which unfolds between the red and black' can be very difficult to figure out if you aren't familiar with certain gambling games. It is referencing a roulette wheel, which is one of the games available on the second floor of Lavantar Casino & Bar. Search the wheel Spiridon is standing next to for your third clue.

'The land harbor' represents the Landing Port on the east side of the northern segment of the city. Once there, check the northern areas (near the warehouses) for the 'one-eyed lion.' The vehicle next to the cage will reward you with the next clue.

Cross to the southern section of Ruan and examine the large crane at the docks. You will find the barrel you are looking for is gone; someone moved to the warehouse. If you haven't completed the Warehouse Key quest, your clues will end here. Once you have found the key, speak to Harg to get the barrel to finish your mission.

As usual, return the Bracer Guild to get your reward.
