Rosetta and Mist are best friends, although they are almost complete opposites. She is very competitive and has lots of business smarts, which is shown when she opens her own store in town. At the beginning of the game, you will only find her at the homestead from 5-6PM weekdays to pick up the goods, but will move into town after the first week.

Once she moves in and opens up shop, she will spend most of her time in her shop. The easiest way to win her heart is just to ship out lots of sellable goods, which means no weeds. Just by shipping out crops you will begin to learn what she really likes as she seems to speak her thoughts out regularly when she is picking up the goods.

If you already activated the event below, you will never encounter this one.

Talk to Rosetta and give her everything she needs. Stall Danny (do what ever you need to do to stall him - this isn't easy sometimes). If successful, you will get a reward from Rosetta.

 

Rosetta's LP is 2 to 4

  

Talk to Danny to find out he is having issues. Continue to raise her LP to 4 and talk to Danny and Rosetta again.

 
Rosetta's LP is 9   Talk to Rosetta, she will leave for a few days. Speak to her again for a few days when she returns. You will need to get a recipe from Lara to make what she needs, then speak to her for a few more days after you give her the potion.
