Wizardry 8: Arnika Road Map

Welcome to Anika Road!

Once a vibrant and well-traveled route for the brotherhood of the ascension journeying between the sacred Monastery and the bustling city of Arnika, Anika Road has become dangerous. It used to be a well-maintained roadway but is now a rugged and unpredictable venture, winding through the breathtaking and untouched wilderness of the western region. This narrow pass connects Arnika-Trynton Road to the south, Northern Wilderness to the north, and the Upper Monastery to the east, to act as a central hub to many of Domina's main locations.

A Perilous Trek for the Inexperienced

On the west side, Anika Road cuts through a thin valley passage, cradled by towering mountains, creating a claustrophobic setting. As the eastward path leading to the abandoned Monastery nears the sea, the terrain changes into a winding sand-covered path through the rolling sandhills.

While the breathtaking scenery is worth the journey, wanderers must remain vigilant! The road is now plagued by rogues, dangerous plants, and hostile insects, making every step an unpredictable thrill, especially for unseasoned adventurers. Those seeking respite from travelling and fighting should ignore the lone structure near the central intersection as the Umpani has sealed it.
