Hostage Liberation is the second part of the main quest in the final chapter. The princess is a hostage within their villa. It's time to hatch a plan and rescue her.

Description:

1. We have been requested by Her Majesty, Queen Alicia, to rescue the hostages being held captive by the Intelligence Division.
   It seems that the queen's granddaughter, Princess Klaudia, is also being held as one of the hostages.
2. The plan to liberate the Erbe Royal Villa has finally begun. The outcome of this mission may greatly affect the future of the kingdom.
   Let's not let the weight of this mission distract us from the task at hand.

2. We should consult with the other bracers. Kurt, Grant, Carna, and Anelace should be in the city. Let's track them all down.
3. We should speak with Nial from the Liberl News about this.
4. Let's also make sure 1st Lt. Schwarz knows about it. She should be at the cathedral.

Before the mission begins, you need to track down all the Bracers in the city. Anelace is at the Department Store, Carna is in the weapon shop, Grant's at the Sunnybell Inn, and Kurt is in his room at the Hotel. You also need to check on Lt. Schwarz and Nial. Schwartz (Sister Ellen) isn't at the cathedral, so speak to Archbishop Currant to learn what you can. Nial isn't at the Liberl News Agency, but the Chief and Dorothy will tell you what they know.

During the meeting with the Chief, choose "Someone had just called him" and "An arranged marriage for Princess Klaudia" for bonus BP.

Once ready, return to the guild and speak with Elnan. You now have a plan, and all that is left is to talk to Elnan to proceed. There isn't anything special to do in the region, so feel free to stock up, then proceed with the mission.

The mission starts once you enter the gate. A fight occurs as soon as you enter, and you have a chance of one every time you enter the courtyard. You should be used to dealing with the special ops soldiers by now, so they shouldn't be too difficult. Chaos Brand is helpful if you find yourself overpowered.

Head for the northwest room first. You will run into a group of soldiers and a reliable informant here. Once clear, you can rest here as often as needed to heal your wounds.

The main chamber door is locked, and your new friend will tip you off that there was a spare key in the gallery. You can find that room to the right of the chamber. Check under the pot for the Spare Key. I would recommend levelling to 34 and healing before entering. The guards here are strong; keeping Earth Wall up and using Chaos Brand is recommended.

Entering the room ahead will complete the mission and begin To Rescue a Queen.
