The North-East Zeiss Residence is the home of Stain, the owner of Stain Arms & Guards, Elise and their son Vince.

This residence is a small one-and-a-half story home. The main floor contains a small eating area with a bedroom in the back. The upper area is just a small storage area with access to a small veranda.
