Terror is a level 1 mental spell in Wizardry 8. Characters with Psionic or Wizardry skills can cast it. The target group will become afraid until they resist it or the spell wears off.
Description:
Meddles with the mental perspective of a group of creatures, causing fear, which reduces their ability to fight, or in extreme cases, may cause complete unconsciousness. Terrified opponents may cower in fear or flee in terror.
