Hypnotic Lure is a level 3 fire spell in Wizardry 8, available to Psionic spellcasters. When you cast it at a specific spot, it pulls enemies toward that point. This helps keep your party from getting surrounded, and it can also bring enemy spellcasters or ranged attackers closer.
Description:
A strobing light creates an enticing lure, drawing hostile opponents mindlessly towards it. It will not affect neutral or friendly entities.
