Wizardry 8 Spells: Blizzard
Blizzard is a level 6 Water spell in Wizardry 8 available to characters with the Wizardry skill. When cast, it creates a cone of cold that deals 2d9 water damage per Power Level to every enemy in its path.
Description:
A swirling gust of snow envelopes opponents in front of the caster, doing damage and possibly causing blindness.
