Carnelia Tower is one of the four Tetracyclic Towers spread across the Liberl Kingdom. The other towers are the Esmelas Tower in Rolent, the Amberl Tower in Bose, and the Sapphirl Tower in Ruan.

This tower is located to the north of the Tratt Plains Rd and is full of unlooted treasures and powerful enemies.

Special items found include a Black Coat, Mind 3, Attack 3, Octavian Stave, Demi-Handers, Cavalier Killer, and the Hellfire Eggs.
