If you've ever watched movies such as The Mummy, you know how dangerous Ancient Egyptian Scarabs apparently were. One is bad, a swarm will eat the flesh off your bones in seconds. There is no way to kill them, just get away as fast as you can, jumping as you go, and be thankful that they can't climb. They can jump small steps, though.
