CBS has announced the details on the November 14th episode of Elementary titled 'Blood Is Thicker'.
The official CBS synopsis:
"When a beautiful young woman is murdered, Holmes and Watson investigate her ties to a billionaire CEO. Meanwhile, Mycroft makes a case for Sherlock to move back to London."
I am a little late at getting to this announcement, but this one deserved the attention regardless.
Many Sherlock Holmes fans still believe that Sherlock's adventures shouldn't be anywhere other than London, so Mycroft appears to be the fans' voice in the series, and likely Sherlock will be the writers'. It will be interesting to find out what reasons each will have for the locale, and whether this will actually begin a change in the series. The location doesn't really bother me, but a new city does have the potential of introducting new types of cases that are unique to that city.
What do you think, should Sherlock move back to London, stay in New York, or would you prefer a completely different setting?
'Blood Is Thicker' will air on November 14th, 2013 at 10 PM ET/PT on CBS and Global (some Canadian time zones may vary).
