With Crowley being the junk in Dean's trunk, it was only a matter of time before someone made a play to take over Hell, and who better than Abaddon?

While I don't understand how Abaddon was able to get her "meat suit" back, it was nice to see a demon that kept the same actor over several seasons again. Does she know a few spells that were lost after the other knights of hell were destroyed, or is it just one of the advantages of being a knight?

Surprisingly, she didn't seem all that powerful when the fight broke out. Sure, she probably didn't want to wreck the meat suit she wants to wear, but, compared to the past fights, she didn't feel all that special. I guess after nine years of seeing the Winchesters fight demons, their tricks are becoming less and less exciting. Perhaps it's time for them to get their hands on some new abilities.

Although, with an angel hiding in their corner, it will have to be huge to tip the scales again. Seriously, how powerful is Ezekiel (or Zeke as Dean calls him)? I wouldn't doubt that Sam is already healed and he's just relaxing in his new home enjoying the show and just waiting to be tagged into the next fight whenever Sam gets the crap kicked out of him.

This would be the point where you fall down, demons.

What was really surprising was how loyal most of the demons are to Crowley's rule. He must have really given them a huge amount of freedom or benefits in order to win that much loyalty... or just killed anyone who wasn't loyal to him. I can't see that loyalty lasting for too much longer while he in the hands of two hunters, though, especially when he's giving out information about them.

I'm a bit disappointed that Castiel didn't have any part in the events this week, but at least he will be back next week. I can't wait to see how he adapts to a life without powers in a world full of angels and demons. With his child-like take on the world, he will definitely need plenty of survival training.

Devil May Care was definitely better than the less interesting season premiere. The series is starting to show its age, though.
