Continuum Wins Visual Effects Award

Fans of Continuum have been commenting on the quality of the visual effects in the series, but now they have even more to brag about! That's right, Artifex Studios has won the Canadian Screen Award for the best visual effects for Continuum!

Adam Stern accepted the award at the 2013 Canadian Screen Awards, which is fresh from the merger of several other awards including the Gemini Awards, the Genies and the Canadian Film Awards. The award doesn't even have a name yet, but Candy is currently the top prospect.

Continuum was also nominated for Best Direction in a Dramatic Series, Best Dramatic Series, Best Original Music Score for a Series, and Best Writing in a Dramatic Series.

Congratulations Adam Stern and everyone at Artifex Studios who made this happen! We may missed the mark in the other categories, but there is always next year.
