Finding it difficult to mend fences with Tommy and Diggle, Oliver instead focuses on crossing another name off the list. While digging through a crooked accountant's laptop, Felicity discovers a transaction that could help Oliver find Walter. To reconfirm the lead, Oliver gambles that Felicity can be counted on in the field for the first time. In a flashback, Malcolm reveals to Robert Queen and Frank Chen painful details surrounding his wife's murder, and how that shaped his plans for the Glades. Meanwhile, Tommy stuns Laurel with the truth.
Oliver: Harold Backman, you have failed this city.
Felicity: Hmm, let me guess, some bad guy missing his fancy new laptop?
Moira: You don't have children, do you Walter?
Walter: Not yet I'm afraid.
Moira: Well save yourself the trouble and don't, they eventually all turn into teenagers.
Malcolm: We're emptying the Atlantic with a tablespoon. For years we have been forcing the cities worst to do what is best, leverage them to help us save the city, but it's not working.
Malcolm: The village must be destroyed before it can be saved.
Robert: You've always had a bit of a god complex, Malcolm, it's part of your charm, but you can't create a natural disaster.
Malcolm: One man alone can't save this city, Robert, we both know that.
Laurel: This coffee's terrible Oliver.
Oliver: That's what you get for ordering coffee at a bar.
Felicity: How many arrows do you think you'll need up put into him before he gives up Walter's location? Say a lot?
Felicity: I can count cards, it's all probability theory and mathematics.
Felicity: The reason I joined you in the first place was to find Walter, for the first time we have a real chance at finding him.
Malcolm: I listened to my wife die over, and over, and over again.
John Diggle: What do you want?
Felicity: Is that any way to treat a girl who just walked up six flights of stairs?
Laurel: If our relationship is going to end, at least let it end in honesty.
Felicity: Just to be clear, the plan is for me to get caught counting cards in an underground casino filled with hardened criminals.
Felicity: It feels really good to have you inside me.
Moira: So you'll atone for one murder by committing hundreds, thousands?
Felicity: You're going to be really upset when you meet my partner.
Thea: When it comes to shopping, it's not work, really.
Laurel: My hero, I'm starved.
Robert: Moira, let the boy take the boat out with the old man.
