Uzuki has arrived from a distant country searching for her lost brother. Once she moves in around the 10th of Spring, she will be found mostly inside the Inn or just in front of it working on her Naginata skills with her mentor Tsubute.

She likes it when you prove your strength by defeating bosses, but enjoys Sashimi as it reminds her of home.

Uzuki's FP is 6, LP is 2 or higher

  

Talk to Uzuki. Wait for 3 days or more until she gets worried. You will find him left of the Blacksmith Shop.

 
Uzuki's LP is 6 or higher  

Talk to either Kanno or Eunice. Follow Uzuki to the Observatory area in the mountains during a clear weekday between 9PM and Midnight.
Examine the locked door on Level 4 of the Lava Ruins, Uzuki has the key. Return to the locked room and get the item left in there for her and give it to her.
A book in the Rune Archives has the information you are looking for. Collect the items every clear weekday morning in the Public Square until you have 6. Return the next day to find a different item for Uzuki. Return to her will all 7 items to complete the event.
