Torchwood

Torchwood is and institute funded by the British government, which now a small team of alien-hunters led by Captain Jack Harkness, who is an immortal human from the future that found himself in the past due to his run in with the Doctor. Most of the group has perished in the past seasons, now only Gwen Cooper and Jack are left.

The current season is titled Miracle Day and follows a time when no one on earth can die.
