TV Episode Details:

There is nothing straightforward in this episode. With twists in almost every scene, by the end of the episode, I knew that almost anything could happen.

Will, who ends up being a Wisp, (yes, Will-o-Wisp, not very original) gets his treasure stolen by a human, then showed up at Bo's place asking for help, since he apparently isn't affiliated with the Dark or Light Faye, too. After a lot of negativity about the situation, they end up helping him after he tells them that he has information about Bo when she was a baby, which we learn later is barely true, but they of course don't know that.

After finding out that the human is actually Will's son, a Dullahan attacks without any warning. It seemed rather odd that it took it's head off to fight, but after a fight with another one later on in the episode, it seemed even more odd that they never put their head in a safer place. Apparently, for creatures that are very hard to kill, Bo and Kenzi seemed to take care of two of them in a very short period of time, especially after Kenzi figures out their weakness. Perhaps normal Dullahan are smarter than these two or something.

Being double-crossed by both Will and his son on different occasions really showed how little Bo and Kenzi are prepared to take on these new challenges. I know they stated that they wanted to stay out of the light/dark conflict, but after this, they might want to pick a side so they have more information to go on.

It is nice that we finally learn that the Werewolf cop's name is Dyson, but other than his name, we still don't really know anything about him, other than he fancies Bo. What he, or any of the other Faye that he associates with, has planned is still a mystery. There is definitely some type of foretelling about Bo's arrival that they are aware of, so it would be nice if a bit of that information would be given, especially since after two episodes, I still barely know what is going on.

So far, this series seems to be sacrificing story and character for action, which keeps the adrenaline pumping, but doesn't leave too much lasting appeal. Hopefully the future episodes start filling in the blanks that the series desperately needs.
