Doctor Who: Red Nose Day Special 2011 Review March 19, 2011

This year's Red Nose Day Special was in two parts, the first named "Space" and the second "Time". Combined the show was just under 7 minutes long, but even though it was short, it was still very entertaining. When Amy's very short skirt causes Rory to loose concentration while working on the tardis, space and time get all messed up as the Tardis to re-materialize within itself. If that isn't weird enough, at different points in the show they also exist in slightly different times. When someone walks into the door of the inside Tardis, they will walk into the main door around 30 seconds or so into the past, causing several cases were there were doubles of each character. The conversations they had during the events were hilarious, although most male viewers may disagree with the comment that living an eternity with two Amy Ponds would be a bad thing. Steven Moffat really shows that the episode doesn't need to be long to make it entertaining, and Matt Smith is really starting to fit into the Doctor's role very well. Last season, almost everyone was still comparing him to Tennant's Doctor, hopefully that time has past.
I would highly recommend any fan of the series to watch it if you haven't already.
